Information and use
When you contact us through WhatsApp, you choose what details to send, such as name, contact details, listing or video project information. WhatsApp handles messaging according to its policies. We use the details received to respond to requests, provide quotes and fulfill agreed services. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website.
Sharing and storage
Online orders collect your name, email, listing facts, branding, production notes and consent. Netlify hosts the ordering service, Stripe processes payment details, and Supabase stores order records and private project files. Photo metadata is removed during upload. Your private order link grants access to your order; keep it private. We use this information to fulfill orders and provide support. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests; payment and business records may be retained for accounting and legal needs. We may use trusted service providers to deliver services and store project materials. We do not sell customer contact details. Do not send confidential financial documents, identification numbers or other sensitive data through WhatsApp.
